Yoga Classes
With 12 years experience teaching, Fiona holds a caring and supportive space to explore your body. She believes yoga is not about doing excessive downward facing dogs. Instead, it is an opportunity to develop awareness of your tendencies, and to practice acceptance of where you are at.
The intention in her classes is to become deeply present with the alignment of your body, as you re-train the tissues when to engage and when to relax.
There is no pressure to reach a particular depth. The emphasis is on finding a comfortable, sustainable shape and cultivating the observer mindset. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
